Alex is personable, smart, and so professional! He was able to diagnose our Thermador wall oven issue quickly and repair it perfectly. (Very few professionals can repair our very complicated Thermador appliances, but Alex didn't even break a sweat.)
Alex also really went the extra mile to find the exact piece the oven needed, not some inferior generic piece.
And he didn't leave us with a huge mess to clean up.

Alexander was excellent, he was response, flexible and professional. We have a 6 month old Hisense fridge that had a fan that stopped working he came within the day diagnosed the issue and temporarily fixed it so we didn’t lose our groceries until the additional parts for the repair arrived. He kept in constant contact with the status of the part and scheduled the repair time around our work schedules. The text messages with his arrival tracking were a huge help and eliminated spending hours sitting at home just waiting. Great service!!
