Most common on 2017-2020 French-door units. Symptoms: warm fridge, freezer still partially cold. Sealed-system repair, often covered by LG extended warranty, we file the paperwork.
OE = will not drain (clogged pump filter or failed pump). IE = no water (inlet valve / pressure switch). UE = drum out of balance (suspension rods or bearing).
D-codes mean restricted airflow, usually a lint-packed vent line, but sometimes a failed exhaust thermistor. We clear, clean and reflow vent fully.
AE = bottom-pan leak detected. IE = no fill. LE = wash motor (BLDC) failure. Most resolved by replacing the part that day from in-stock inventory.
The classic LG wall-oven lockout. Usually a thermal fuse blown during the previous self-clean. We replace the assembly and reset the latch motor.

There is a $75 service call fee. It covers the trip plus full diagnostic, and it is applied toward the cost of the repair if you choose to proceed. If we cannot fix it or you decide not to repair, only the service fee is owed.

Yes. All sealed-system work on refrigerators and freezers (including LG Linear and Dual Inverter compressors) is performed by EPA Section 608 certified technicians. We are also licensed and fully insured in NJ and NY.
Every repair is covered by two warranties: LG-backed 90-day warranty on the OEM parts we install, and our own 30-day workmanship warranty on the labor. If the same fault returns inside either window, we come back at no charge, with the service call fee waived.
