I had a very positive experience with Urgent Appliance Repair. Alexander fixed both my washing machine and refrigerator. I was able to get an appointment the same day that I contacted him. The parts for my washing machine were delivered quickly and Alexander had it working within couple of days from when I first contacted him. I had a bit of a problem getting a replacement compressor from LG (since it was still under warranty and was supposed to be covered), but Alexander was always quick to respond both to my messages and to representatives from LG and in the end the problem was resolved and compressor was shipped to him. As soon as the compressor was delivered, he wasted no time and fixed my refrigerator.
