Our Story
Urgent Appliance Repair started in 2021 with a simple promise: when your refrigerator stops cooling at 7 AM on a Monday, someone has to pick up the phone, and actually show up the same day. That promise still drives every call we take.
What began with a single van and one certified technician has grown into a small, hand-picked team serving Staten Island, Monmouth County, Ocean County, and the surrounding areas. We've stayed family-owned on purpose. It keeps us accountable to every customer, because around here, your neighbor is probably ours too.
Over the past four years we've completed more than 5,000 repairs on every major brand of refrigerator, washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove, oven, and cooktop. Residential or commercial, the standard is the same: diagnose honestly, quote fairly, fix it right the first time.
