- Dryer not heating On an electric dryer this is usually a burned-out heating element or a blown thermal fuse. On a gas dryer the igniter or the gas valve coils are the usual cause. All of these parts are on the van. Book this repair
- Dryer not tumbling If the motor hums but the drum does not turn, the drum belt has broken or the drum rollers have seized. If nothing happens at all, the door switch or thermal fuse is the first thing we check. Book this repair
- Dryer takes too long Long drying times are most often caused by a restricted vent, a weak blower wheel, or a heating element that only works for part of the cycle. Vent cleaning is included with any heating repair. Book this repair
