Very satisfied with the service from Urgent Appliance Repair! I was having an issue with my electric cooktop, and another appliance repair company couldn’t figure out what was wrong and suggested I just replace the entire cooktop rather than bother with a repair. Alex came out, diagnosed the problem in literally a few minutes, and explained exactly what needed to be fixed.
He returned a few days later with the replacement part and completed the repair quickly. Great, friendly service, excellent communication, and a very fair price. I’m so glad I called him instead of unnecessarily replacing the cooktop!
