We have a 6 month old Hisense fridge that had a fan that stopped working he came within the day diagnosed the issue and temporarily fixed it so we didn’t lose our groceries until the additional parts for the repair arrived. He kept in constant contact with the status of the part and scheduled the repair time around our work schedules. The text messages with his arrival tracking were a huge help and eliminated spending hours sitting at home just waiting. Great service!!
